DH & I are AU on each other's First Premier CC's. His account however only shows on my Exp & Eq report not on my TU & my account only shows on his EQ & TU report. I've gotten nowhere calling the CB & First Premier customer service. Is there a way for me to correct this?
The way I understood it was, it's up to the CCC to which CRA they report to.
With customer service.....If I dont get the answer I want, I hang up and call again or ask for a supervisor.
