Care credit approval

Hello everyone. I just was approved for $3000 line of credit with GECap .Trying to rebuild I have an TU 627 Ex 668 EQ fico 508. I was trying to get $5500 but they only gave me $3000. I have two Cap1 cards $300,$500. I will check reports to see where they pulled from. But I was very surprised by this. Had to call in sense I have an fraud reported on EX. So I hope this pos step toward an Amex card in the future!

Just a note, I heard if you have your dr's office call in to try and get the higher limit it could work. I don't know why but when I was interested in applying that was what someone told me. Haven't done it yet though since I won't need it until Dec/Jan.
