I have an unpaid medical collection from Central Financial sent a DV letter & received the original bill.I mailed a PFD letter,but the letter was never responded to.Would I be able to use the HIPAA process to remove this account from my CR?
If it's an unpaid medical debt, the hippa process will not work. what would be the reason to use the HIPPA process?
I am not really familiar with HIPAA process.So basically I am at the mercy of Central Finance?
