Checking Credit Report

I'm in a process on rebuilding my credit and monitoring it at the same time. Can someone tell me how often should i check my credit report for changes. I've been checking it at least once a month.

Some of us check daily.

I check mine daily or a min. of 5 days per week via CCT for DW and NatCity ID Protect for myself. I pull both FICO reports twice a month for each of us. And I'll pull a copy of each report directly via the CRA every 2-3 months to check out the soft pulls.

I have the TU Quarterly Monitoring, EQ Scorewatch, and TrueCredit (just to see changes since my TU score is lower). I check everyday
