When MCM calls me, it always comes up as "unknown." They leave messages saying to call them back (I wish I had one saved with the number, I'm sure I'll get a call tomorrow) and every single time the person sounds like they are from out of the country with an indian accent.
I'm pretty sure the phone number listed on the letter is not the same as the number the voicemail tells me to call back.
I called the original creditor (T-Mobile) today and they confirmed my account has been sold to Midland. On the letter, it verifies T-Mobile as the original creditor and my original account number.
