I am a current cox customer.  I was never aware of this collection account of $74.  When I was made aware from Cox, it was paid immediately.  I had no idea there was a collection agency involved.

I got a call from Rhode Island yesterday morning, I answered and it was Cox!  They said they received my letter and they would contact the collection agency on Monday for it to be deleted and they would call again on Monday to confirm it was completed!!! =)))

I have sent so many emails and letters.  I am not sure which contact worked but I recently email some Cox Executives.  But I am so happy my persistence has finally paid off.  I am excited to see the boost in my scores!!!
