DIsputing

Hello!  So while disputing several inquiries on my credit report with Equifax, I noticed one of my chargeoffs (6 years old) isn't on the "Negative" column to dispute anymore, but instead if under "Revolving" under closed.  Has this happened to anyone else?

Re: DIsputing

that happened to me with a charge off that is about 6 years old with target. i disputed and now it's under revolving credit, the only negative indicator is in the comments it says something to the effect of paid for less than owed. I figure that's better than being a "negative"!

Hmm!  I wonder whats going on!  Its so strange.  I thought I had won my dispute and it got deleted!  But nope, it still haunts my "revolving" list now!

Equifax is strange... I disputed a charged off few months back and that account did not have any activity for four years.... When it came back verified, it was reported current and my score dropped 27 points....i wished i hadnt touched it
