GRRRR - Sent DV, updated CR - decrease - Says Disputed

What do I do?!?!?!  I sent a DV to Asset Acceptance and today they updated my account saying I disputed it - yet I have yet to hear anything from them.  HELP!  Dropped my credit score 2 pts :-(   This is not what I was wanting!

Starting Scores: EQ (MyFico): 561 TU (MyFico): 579 - 2/15/13
Rebuilding Scores: EQ (MyFico): 597 (6/11/13) TU (MyFico): 606 (6/12/13)
Current Scores: EQ : 665 TU : 649 EX : 704

That will hold up as a proper DV.  Was it within the first 30 days of contact?

Shogun - they have not contacted me - in fact, I can't remember if I ever heard from them at all.  I simply am trying to clean up my CR and when I emailed them simply asking about the account, they said they could not find my account and to call them or respond with my SSN - Obviously, I did not want to do that so I sent the DV.
