Re: Getting Collections Deleted (one more question)

[ Edited ]
First off, I am not trying to break any laws, I'm just trying to find out if this is an avenue I can go down with the other paid from NCO and or Allied if they're not deleted the way I was told they would be. At least one of them didn't have my correct address and may not have had my phone number as happened with United today. I want to call first, since the collection is paid and there's nothing else anyone can get me for that's in the SOL since everything's been paid since. If I call or send a DV letter and they have my address or phone number wrong, is that my angle?
Karen (Very determined, can you tell? lol)
