Help with Sprint

I owe Sprint money from 4 years ago and was wondering if they would settle for a percentage of what I owe?

Some creditors do and some don't. Is it Sprint that is reporting, or a collection agency on behalf of Sprint?

If this a telecomm debt, then be aware of the federal statute of limitations of two years under 47 U.S.C. 415(a):

Title 47 U.S. Code, Chapter 5, Subchapter IV, § 415. Limitations of actions

 (a) Recovery of charges by carrier

All actions at law by carriers for recovery of their lawful charges, or any part thereof, shall be begun within two years from the time the cause of action accrues, and not after.
