Help with vacating judgment

I'm a little confused.  Is vacating a judgment the same as  Motion to set aside default judgment?  I am looking on the site for my county and this is the only thing that has any resemablance to what I need.

I have another question about this judgment. 

TU - Date reported 9/2007

 EX - Status date  9/2007 (date last reported)

EQ - does not have it on file as of 12/4 or on TC

This isn't true, it did not report to my credit report until 12/08.  How can they get away with this stuff.  What can I do about ths false reporting.
