How does one go about a PFD for Comcast?

I heard they will not do it and they are real difficult. If they don`t PFD,should I pay them? It will fall off my credit score in 2013. It is $300. This the only debt I owe. Thanks in advance.

Who is the CA reporting?

Who is reporting the OC or CA?   Are they reporting the correct DOFD?
