Unfortunately, we are on the road to credi recovery yet again 
I have a question though....I had a returned check on a joint checking account for some sprinkler system work that was done at our old house. I was the one listed on the contract, I signed the bill of sale, I wrote the check, my name was on the mortgage, etc. The Mom and Pop collection agency that now has this debt put this on my husbands credit report as well? How can they do that??? Is this a FCRA violation when he has no knowledge of the debt whatsoever? HELP!
