Here is what I did today:
Dispute - Lates and "Transferred/Closed" TL. Online dispute with EXP
GW Letter and email - to CA on two TL's, these have been PIF for two years or so
GW Letter and Email- To credit union who closed my cc in 2010. TL shows "CLOSED ON CONSUMER'S REQUEST" but it was the credit union who closed due to "inactivity" This was in the recession and it happened to a lot of folks.
These are the most recent and damaging lines on me. Just wanted to share as I feel pretty empowered and in control right now LOL!!
