You dont DV a court. The DV process is limited to debt collectors.
Even if sent to a debt collector, a DV has no required period for response. It imposes a cease collection bar upon them, of which they can choose to simply comply, and not send any verification. With the debt now paid, the issue of any further collection is gone, thus making any cease collection bar moot.
The court has already made the strictest form of debt validation possible.
They have conducted a trial, in which both parties had the opportunity to receive a hearing of the facts, and ruled the debt to be valid.
They have already made vebt verification.

DVs are only for CAs. You could contact the court where the judgement was rewarded and ask for their policy on getting this vacated. Some do, some don't, it is individually up to each court.
