MOV

I have searched for an example of a good MOV letter.  Any idea where I can find one?

That's not an example letter. That just tells what steps to take and quotes law.  I need help with an example of how to word the letter.  If I want MOV for more than one item, do I need to send one letter and letters for each individual item?

Make sure you HAND ADDRESS the envelope, use personalized stationery and purple or teal font, ( preferably italic).  This way they must do a manual read.

I would add to that MOV....please send me the name of the person that you spoke to.

I'm guessing it's so that can't just scan it in and have to spend money for someone to read it.
