Had a medical debt removed when I faxed a pre-HIPAA letter to TransUnion. They were the only CRA reporting the debt. Had NCO remove a debt when I DV'd them using CMRRR, that was on all 3 CRAs and removed right away. I also have another CA removing a paid medical debt after calling then faxing a GW letter.
Still waiting(hoping) for another huge medical debt to drop off using HIPAA, pre-HIPAA didn't work, on the next step of process.
I alos am waiting for the response from CACH for a DV sent CMRRR.
