Medical Collection Advice Needed!

I have a medical collection for $228.00 (medical business bureau Illinois)

 

I have sent 2 PFD letters with no response
I have also disputed with the all 3 CRA's - TU deleted the account but Experian and Equifax just keeping updating it as mine

 

Should I just pay the $228 and the try to dispute or write a Goodwill letter?

 

Any advice would be appreciated...my goal is to completely remove this from my reports as it's only a few months old

I had a few medical collections on my credit report. I contacted the hospital and applied for financial assistance.... They approved them and all of them were removed from my credit report. That might be an option for you. Good luck.
