Medical bill

I have a medical collection turned over to the credit bureau due to fall off 2/17. It lists the hospital and I know I have not been to this hospital since 2008.# 1 I worked as a nurse there until I took another job in 2007 and I have not been back. Should I call the OC and ask what this is for?

Calling the creditor would certainly be prudent....

As for the collection,when was it reported, when did they send dunning notice, and did you request debt validation?

Reported 2011 I never read dunning and no , I have not done anything. I did have a bill there from 2007 and thought this was it even tho I did Payroll deduct, however, on my ACR it list the day to fall off as way later than I thougjt
