I have 2 collections from a CA. One is for 1 son and the other is for another son. Now also I have a medical judgement on my CR that has both my and husbands name, but it is my husbands bill.
Should I have all these on my CR. What should I do. I didn't get info from CA I called the hospital that they are from.
Can you please provide more details on the two collections. Were your sons insured at the time of the medical services? If so, whose plan were they under? Who singed as the guarantor for these medical services?
As for the medical judgment, please prodive more details. What was it for? How much is owed? Why do say it's only your husband's and not yours?
Fused, my husband had to go to the ER to get stictches. I didn't ask the hospital about the judgement just the collections. But why would I be responsible for my husbands bills. I didn't sign anything. I was emergency contact only. I never said that I would pay any bills for this.
My one son the bill is $1432. In 2006 when they say this happened my son was 20 years old. Also, my son does not remember going to the ER without me. Anyway why would I be held responsible for my 20 year olds bill.
The other bill I haven't receive proof of yet. It is $301 and for my son that I would be responsible for. But I do not see why I get all the collections.
