I have been sending out goodwill letters for about three months now, with now success stories as of yet. However yesterday I had my first success I received a letter from WFFNB saying that after investigating my request for the removal of the tradeline from my credit reports, they will notify all three credit agencies to remove the tradeline within 45 days. I had to send about 10 letters but it feel great to get that removal letter. I sent numerous letters addressed to the CEO and CFO. Here is the mailing address and the contacts I addressed the letters to:
WFNNB
3100 Easton Square Place
Columbus OH, 43219
- edited (CEO)
- edited (CFO)
-Consumer Relations
I just kept mailing the same letter and getting denied until I finally got the account removed. The account I was trying to have removed from my CR was an account that was settled for lesser than full balance and it also had three 30 day lates reporting. Hope this can help someone else out.
Edited to remove someone else's name. - llecs, myFICO moderator
