Post BK Reporting

Good Afternoon Everyone!  I wanted to see if this Judgment was reporting correctly after my Ch. 7 BK.  This is from my TU report, my EQ shows something like this, but a $0 Balance.  Experian has deleted the item from my report.  Can I call them up and see if they will vacate this since its a Settled debt?  The balance was included in my BK.

Also, I have 2 old HSBC accounts that will fall off in 2 years, I want to make sure that this is reporting correctly after my BK.  My Experian report shows this debt included/discharged through my BK, but EQ and TU show something like this.....Again, this is from my TU updated report.  I don't really see where they did anything after I disputed it.

I can't read those, way too small.

If your state allows judgments to be vacated once satisified.

I can read it (Luv the zoom on iPAd.)
The HSBC accounts are reporting as 'Paid-was a chargeoff-sold to another lender.' No mention of discharged or included in BK.
I'm having the same problem with these accounts on TU. They refuse to note as IIB. In my case it's 5 HSBCs and 1 Chase. All are reporting correctly on EX and EQ. EX fixed on dispute.

Thanks Yall!  I am going to call the court on Monday morning and see if they can vacate it since its been settled.

When was your BK filed and discharged?

Another question, sorry for so many!!  I just got my first rounds of Disputes back from TU and I am looking at the updated report and....that should be a FULL report right?  The reason I ask is that there have been some other deletions to old CA accounts if so.  Hope that made sense.  TY

It was Filed Nov 12 and discharged Feb 12th, 2013.

If it's chapter 7 it will remain on your credit report for 10 yrs from date filed. Chapter 13 is 7 yrs from date filed.
