Quick questions....

I have been reading some of the advice given here over the past weeks, and I hope someone will have some helpful advice for my situation.

I have been using a CRO (Fowler and Fowler) for over a year now, and had some results. However, not enough to boost my score any so decided to go it alone. My questions are follows;

CA account (Cavarly Portfolio) Report Date 11/1/2007 amount $8916.00  OC (Drivetime) Opened Date 8/20/2001

Should this still be reporting??

Sears Co-app zero balance from 11/30/1999 with late payments.

What road should I travel to clear?

Verizon California $327.00 Possible last bill from relocation opened date 10/04/2005

Last but not least, is there anything a person can do to remove multiple injuries? Thanks in Advance!!

What is the DOFD? This is the important date. You'll need your full reports to see this, reports that come directly from the CRA's website, not a 3rd party website. EQ will show DOFD, TU/EX will show removal date. If you haven't yet, get your free annual reports-- link below.

Is it open? Closed? Charged off? Just lates?

Not if they are legit. Inquiries remain for 2 years, factor into score for 1 year.

Re: Quick questions....

I would like to say (without verifing) Drivtetime's DPFD was 2002. Sears is closed, and Verizon is the reporting agency. Thanks for your help and quick response!!!!
