Could you also pm me the email you used for RJM. I have 2 bad marks on my report for them and both are only around $33. Been on my report forever. Is it safe to deal with them via email only for pfds?
Hello! Can you also share the letter with me? I thank you in advance for considering the request because I have quite a few things I need to have removed.
HI, can you also send me the email?
Thanks so much!
I ALSO HAVE SOMETHING FROM RJM ON MY EX REPORT. CAN YOU SEND THE EMAIL ADDRESS
TO ME ALSO?
THANKS
I sent a pfd letter to RJM via email to one email address I found and never received any response from them. Could someone please pm the email addresses I should use? It has been over 2 weeks since I emailed them.
I would highly recommend calling them, I just did earlier this afternoon. They gave me 2 letters for deletion upon satisfying debt at 60%.
RJM Rocks!!!!
I had been reading all the topics here and decided to make them the first CA i send a PFD to. I emailed it to them yesterday and requested a settlement of $195.00 on a $389.00 debt. They emailed me back this morning with a link to the letter agreeing to the settlement and to delete once payment is received. They also gave me a month to pay. I paid it off today and the'll remove in 2 days.
I totally new to this whole cleaning my credit thing, and this was definitely a motivation boost! *on to the next one!*
Can someone PM the email address to me? I sent a PFD via mail earlier this week, but would like to email if I haven't heard anything soon. Thanks!
Hi there, I would greatly appreciate it if you could PM the email letter and email address you sent to get this done. I can't tell you much I would appreciate it! Thanks!
For RJM I don't think that it is necessary to send a email request. I called over the phone and I settled a debt for less than 50% of the balance with a PFD settlement. I think that RJM is the best collection agency to deal with when it comes to PFD. You don't have to ask a higher up to do it (unless you get a agent on the phone who is having a bad day).
