For the love of god someone help me out here. I've seen 50 threads in the last month talking about TU early exclusion.
Today is 9/1... my Ch 13 and IIB accounts are scheduled to fall off 3/2016. That is 6 months correct?
I called this number from their website.

I am connected to a foreign call center (obvious accent is obvious) with a difficult to understand rep twice... and was told by the 2 different reps that the Ch 13 stays for 7 years and they can't remove.
Requests to transfer to a supervisor were denied.
I mean wow... I read all the success stories and I am super excited to get this done today and all I get is 20 minutes of my time wasted.
What do I need to do here? Is there a number I can call with english speaking reps? All I've read is people getting transferred to a supervisor and getting their derogs removed but that most certainly didn't happen here.
I've called two more times...
Call 1: denied EE, denied transfer to supervisor
Call 2: denied EE, denied transfer to supervisor
Call 3: denied EE, denied transfer to supervisor, rep said "I can do everything a supervisor can do for you"
Call 4: denied EE, attempted to transfer to supervisor, after 2 min hold was told supervisor unavailable
In all 4 calls I'm talking to a hard to understand rep with a foreign accent. They all took the time to let me know my Ch 13 stays for 7 years.
I must be calling the wrong number... where are all the people who posted "I called TU and was transferred to a supervisor and got my derogs removed!"
I'd love to know what number you called... in the meantime I'm gonna take a break from calling these clowns before I end up throwing my phone through my computer screen.
Have been going through a ton of EE stuff myself and I've read mostly in 2015 the TU has moved back to 3-months on EE. Experian seems to be very helpful but I'm reading 2-3 Mo on TU and 30 day on EQ.
That is the same # I called and when i was explaining to the CSR that answered, they really didn't understand what I wanted. i asked if there was a supervisor available, they put me on a brief hold and I spoke to a supervisor who knew exactly what I wanted, EE. Told me to give them a little more time (I was 8 months away, hah) and to try back at a later date.
i would say just keep trying, keep your situation brief with the person who answers because Im sure they'll just try to get you off the phone by saying no we can't or I can do everything my supervisor can, tell them you would really like to speak to one as nobody has been able to assist you with your concerns.
keep trying!!!!

Just saw a post today that got their judgment removed 6 months early.

I've tried to keep it brief... after giving my ID info and they pull up my report I've asked for EE and after I'm told it's 7 years to removal I've had no success getting a supervisor on the phone.
It's just beyond annoying especially after I just read a thread 45 seconds ago from a person who got a judgment removed today that is also due to come off in March.
Why does it always have to be me in these situations? LOL
I'll try back later.

When I called, I was speaking to someone who was hard to understand. I accidentally hung up. Called back asked for a supervisor, and told him I wanted an EE. He said ok let me look and 2 minutes later, told me he just removed it. He was sending an updated report to my address. Then he asked if I wanted anything else excluded. At first he was dry and monotone. Didn't think I was gonna get anywhere. Lol
Was the number I called the number you called?
