Hi friends! Well, last november I opened a sears solutions mastercard, $400 credit limit, primarily for the discounts/points I would get for shopping at sears. A few months ago, I recieve a letter that orchard bank is taking over and the sears solutions card is no more. My 'orchard bank' card was not even activated yet when I get another letter stating that Capital one is now taking over! What the heck, lol.
So my first question is will this seriously decrease my credit score? As if I'm opening up all these new accounts?
Secondly, not nearly as important, is that I already have 2 capital one cards(one secure, one unsecured) and isn't there some kind of limit?
So much for my Sears discount, sheesh!
