Let's hope it works! I sent it to Citigroup, so hopefully they look at my current pay history and take into account what happened three years ago and show some grace!
I also plan on sending a dispute letter to USAA today. They have an old CC showing a balance that I could have sworn I paid when I cancelled the card.
