Now that is some major details. So where is my question out. With the major push I am making how soon before I see

a major bump in my score. I ask because based just on my CreditKarma/Privacy Guard scores I need about a 80-100 point

jump sooner rather than later. With all that I've lined up to pay etc I will have one collection account left until I pay in next month.

I am trying really hard to turn the corner on my credit score and improve my financial position.

Re: Suggestions/Advice

Welcome to the forum!

- You said you need 80-100 points. Are you planning to app for something in the near future. If so, what and when.

- When you paid the collections, did you arrange a PFD? I hope you did.

- Pay off the 3 small balances immediately and don't use those cards again unless is for something smal and you PIF before statement cuts

- Next tackle the Fingerhut which you have at almost 50% UTIL and that's bad

- After paying off Fingerhut, only let one revolving account report less than 7% and the rest should report at 0. Do not allow all revolvers report 0. This is in case you're looking for maximum scoring possible.

Re: Suggestions/Advice

I did PFD all except one. It was the first one that I set up and prior to getting on this forum. I will be tacking the larger judgement next month. I am unsure if I can negotiate a PFD and a lower pay off. I've received a 40% settlement offer in the mail from them but that wasn't with a PFD request either. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Re: Suggestions/Advice

Now going back to the original question asked about applying for something in the future. I am purchasing an insurance agency with an effective buy date of 1-1-16. I've got a few hoops to jump to get it. I will be formerly interviewing and applying for financing end of August/first of September. Hence why I am busting my butt now to make quick head way. After applying/interviewing I am unsure when underwritting will manually review and either approve or deny me for the loan.

The surest way to get some quick points is to pay down your UTI. Pay off all of the small balances ASAP, and get FH to under 30% and you should see some decent point gains. You'll see more gains when you get FH under 10%

Re: Suggestions/Advice

Wow has officially been paid and will also be deleted from my report within 7 days. All the other accounts have been pfd except 2 ( one paid but not pfd and the other is the 3200 judgement) card balances are all paid off as suggested. Now we wait 30 days and see where my score lands at.
