Re: What should I do????

You can actually call the CRA directly and request to have the dispute remark removed.  I've found that TU and EX are pretty good about it, EQ, not so much.

Starting Score: 504
July 2013 score:
EQ FICO 819, TU08 778, EX "806 lender pull 07/26/2013
Goal Score: All Scores 760+, Newest goal 800+
Take the myFICO Fitness Challenge

Current scores after adding $81K in CLs and 2 new cars since July 2013
EQ:809 TU 777 EX 790 Now it's just garden time!

June 2017 update: All scores over 820, just pure gardening now.

Re: What should I do????

Thanks Shogun.... Actually it is on my EX account... Spoke to a CRs this morning and He said they wouldn't be taking it off cause I filed a complaint against them with the FTC and should wait for the Response... I spoke to a consumer attorney cause am exploring my of options of bringing a Civil Action Law Suit against Cap One...

Re: What should I do????

That code only records the outcome of disputes under either the FCRA or FCBA.

It does not relate to administrative complaints made to the FTC.

Did you first file a dispute under the FCRA, and then a complaint with the FTC, or was it only an FTC complaint?
