Does anyone know why SM isn't updating anymore? The last time my accounts were updated were in March '08. My bills get paid ON TIME EVERY month. The last few months that they haven't reported in killing me. I'm working on getting a FHA mortgage and the last few months will seal the deal on my 12 month of on time/current payments.

Alright, you made me look....

Three days ago I pulled my tc reports. They were on all, but only one was updated--Experian. The others not since April.

NOW............They were deleted from Experian and Equifax????

WHAT is going on with them????

Nothing deleted just not updated. They usually report on the 5th of the month. I've been watching.

GFer...did you have any lates showing on that acct?  Had you GW'd them?  Just trying to find the common thread between the deletes everyone's having.

Today the tradeline has been removed from my EXP and my credit score has jumped to 729. Is this a good thing or will I only be disappointed when they figure out what they are doing?

My SM TLs are back on EX as of this evening.  Oh well, it was a short-lived 9 pt gift.

Well they have been updated and the tradelines are back. My score is back to normal but I loved seeing a 95 point jump in one day.
