FICO Score Simulator

Is anyone having problems with the score simulator. I have been active since I joined MyFico in June and have always been able to use it. Today I log on and I receive the following message:


You are unable to apply the FICO® Score Simulator to this report.

You can use the FICO® Score Simulator on this report for only 30 days.

Return to your FICO® score report

It's only available for 30 days from when you recieved your latest report/score.

It is not perfectly accurate anyway.  It gives general directions of score changes and ballpark figures.  Sometimes it is very close, sometimes not.  It is a good way to determine where you scores might be near if you reduce utilization.   But I can tell you even without the score simulator: your scores will go up as you pay down your balances.

I've had Score Watch for less than 30 days and the simulator is no where to be found. How do I get to it?

You usually see it once you've obtained your credit report. I haven't ordered a report in a while but it should be available under your score report
