It seems lenders are using scores for credit cards that ARE NOT 'most widely used by lenders'.
NASA uses EX FICO 03 - formerly predominantly used for credit card lending
Capital One uses EQ mortgage 04, EX FICO 03, not sure about TU
DCU uses EQ 04 - mortgage score
FIdelity AMEX uses EX FICO 03 - formerly predominantly used for credit card lending
US Bank uses Bankcard 04.
...and please continue to add to the list. I just know for a fact that these lenders use these scores because of the letters I've received from them.
Why aren't the '08 bankcard or general FICO 08 scores being used....if they are, by whom?
Chase uses their own internal scoring (score looked nothing like any of my scores anywhere)
Amex uses fico 8
Barclays uses fico 8

I was denied by AMEX for CLI a month or so ago...they used the EX 03 score as was shown in the letter they sent me. And the single reason for denial....'score too low'.
It is/was 47 pts lower than my EX 08 and 60 pts lower than my EX 08 Bankcard score.
I think lenders pull random scores/models.

It is/was 39 pts lower than my EX 08 and 52 pts lower than my EX 08 Bankcard score.

EX 03 tends to be my lowest Bankcard Enhanced score as well, by a fair margin. In my case, just in the group of EX Bankcard Enhanced family I look like this:
EX Bankcard 2 - 738
EX Bankcard 3 - 712
EX Bankcard 8 - 742
My Util is extremely low, however I have a CC settlement from close to three years ago. I suspect that the Score 3 model is much less forgiving of this than the other versions are. As a comparison, my TU Bankcard 8 score is 754.
