Question about

I'm a mortgage consultant and was wondering if anyone has ever heard that if you get a client to go to and opt out for 5 years, that their FICO score can increase because they are not receiving any mailings from credit companies; thus, they are not "tempted" to apply for more credit.

Re: Question about

The site is legit.. and you will stop receiving offers. But opting out in itself has no impact on your scores.

myFICO is the consumer division of FICO. Since its introduction 20 years ago, the FICO® Score has become a global standard for measuring credit risk in the banking, mortgage, credit card, auto and retail industries. 90 of the top 100 largest U.S. financial institutions use the FICO Score to make consumer credit decisions.
