Alliant Credit Union Auto loan

I have raised my score on Equifax from a 580 to a 618. I have talked to 2 credit unions and at that CS they can give me 10.95% and 8.49 % on a loan to get a used card. Does anybody know what bureau Alliant Credit Union pulls?
