Re: Auto FICO 619

Try going online to Cap1 and see if you have any pre-qualifications with them. They are good to deal with, pretty easy process. They will tell you yes/no and give you a range that gets narrowed down once you provide a VIN.

Thanks! I did get approved with cap1 but was wondering if I should bother having the dealer run my credit too

Re: Auto FICO 619

Only if you think you have a sit with the captive lender and only if you trust them to only run it with the captive lender. In other words, with your scores being on the low side, I'd say NO! Get your financing pre-arranged. They'll try and shotgun it out.

Re: Auto FICO 619

Got approved for 15% down and 3.6% @ 72 months through chase with a 619 TU. I also had an approval for ally for a lease reasonable rate but I don't recall what the rate was at the time as I didn't take it.

Re: Auto FICO 619

Capital One pre-qual is only a soft inquiry.
Don’t take your credit for granted, use it with care! These days, catch me in the bankruptcy forum!?
