Joined SEP 21, opening savings and Flagship Checking, approved for the Flagship Rewards two weeks later (as my first card with them), and then applied for this loan three weeks later. Every time I've requested credit through them, I've fully expected to be denied but each has been an instant approval which is mind-boggling to me considering my current credit profile. Definitely a relationship bank, though admittedly my own time with them has been extremely short. Exceptional customer service both in branch and on the phone, and more military-friendly than I have ever experienced.
Put a build sheet in today, dealer expects it to be complete in 5 weeks. Check from NFCU is valid for 90 days.

I know credit union reputations have an ebb and flow even with an organization as established as NFCU, so I'm certainly happy to be doing business with them and glad to hear they're treating you and so many others well. I'm indebted to the board here as I had minimal knowledge of credit workings prior to researching posts, and I wouldn't have been able to foster a relationship with Navy Fed without the data points on MyFICO.
