Side note: The loan officer said I was approved but that they would require me to pay off an unpaid medical collection account of $252 with DOFD in 2003, then provide proof of payment. I stated that this was silly, due to a Colorado law which prohibits collection agencies from suing for the money after 6 years have passed. He double-checked and then agreed to continue the loan because the credit report noted that the "consumer disputes the validity of this account".
Other than that collection I have zero debt, even on all my revolving accounts. On top of all that effort, I decided to pass on the car and have not found another one I'd like to buy yet ![]()

Is that common knowledge or do you have to ask for that to added in? We found out that it's not Union Federal, it's Wells Fargo, who financed our Trailblazer. Our interest is 11.5%. Will they automatically do that for us as well, with good payments? I've never heard of that. Thanks!
I'm not sure.. The Finance Mgr made it sound like it was a common thing Wells Fargo did. It wouldn't hurt you to call them up and ask! Good luck!
Never believe a finance manager unless it's on paper.
