It could be any of them. Most National Lenders will use your geographical area to determine. Some lenders will pull a second bureau on request. Who is your current auto with now?
Thank you fury, I had already applied earlier today and was approved with PenFed. I was trying to avoid places who use Equifax, I didn't realize it was regional. Either way, it worked out fine.

Congratulations! I was approved for a refi from PenFed yesterday, had the check in my hands today. This is the first time I've had a refi with a check, so it went a little bumpy when I took it to the original lender today but I'm super excited for the lower rate. Was really glad I spent the $15 and had them overnight it.
Hello!
I was really excited as well (getting approved). This was my first car loan and refi.
I did not realize that I could have the check overnighted, thank you for letting me know that. I couldn't find it on the website, so I'll call them tomorrow.
Thank you.
Jay
