They are eating at your score and will see the most improvement.
If not paying all off (probably not possible) settled for less or at least paying off any smaller ones will help.
But that is probably not reasonable at this point.
For utilization, the next bracket is getting below 9% as in 8.5 or 8.8%
(depends on interest added after payment)
Should see a little score boost, but highly dependant on your total report and credit/loan history
Be sure to have all accounts on your report in your calculations.
