No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
A few questions for you:
1. Are those FICO scores?
2. What are the terms on your current loan? (amount financed, rate, and how many months)
3. Have you checked out the "rebuilding credit" section on these forums?
I think that you should focus on rebuilding your credit first, see what you can do with that. When you see some improvement, then go attempt to refinance depending on your current terms.
