Auto refi

I am needing to refinance my 2 auto loans and am looking for a CU that will do up to 120% LTV. I have one loan through NFCU and they gave me a 11.79% rate on 84 months on a new vehicle! My score was 645, no lates, nothing bad on my credit, but that is what their system gave me. My CU in TN was going to give me 5.75% on 84 months!!! Unfortunately, my CU in TN can't do loans in FL. Can anyone help me out with this?

I just (As in yesterday) refi'd my car at 104% LTV at 5.45% for 63 months at my Local Credit Unions (IH Mississippi Valye Credit Union) I Don't know if they do things with people nationwide. But I did  all my paperwork via e-mail. My credit score is a 632. so I would maybe contact them and see if they do nationwide loans?
