C Karma Stopped Reporting

I have a auto loan that started November 2019 that was reporting on credit karma but it has stopped reporting in November 2020 so only 12 months.. who should I contact or what should I do because I don't understand why it has not been reporting I'm ready to pay the auto loan completely off

Your issue isn't CK they only provide  the information that is being reported from EQ and TU.

I suggest you contact your auto lender and inquire why they are not reporting .
