Does anyone have a number to Capital One Corp office?  They are reporting wrong on my old auto loan and I can't seem to get them to understand...although I did receive a check for $10 last week for a late from 2 years ago!  LOL

Can you expand more on whats reporting where and why you feel it is incorrect. corporate is not going to help you resolve this, however with some clarity many have received good advice from here to get their situations rectified.

I traded in my truck in September of 2007.  Cap 1 is reporting a late payment for October of 2007.  They acknowledge the payoff being received in October, even sent me the late fee back.  I can't get the CSRs to comprehend that I couldn't have been 30 days late with my October payment when the payoff was received in October.  At this point I just need to call their corp. office and issue a complaint.  I asked for a supervisor last time I called and he didn't put me thru.  After going back and forth with him again I asked yet again for a supervisor.  He then puts me on hold forever until I eventually got disconnected.  I really just need a phone number to call them..anything but the regular customer service number.

have you disputed the late with the 3 CBR's? If not I suggest you do so, this is the quickest and most effective way to get your situation reviewed and corrected. I would also recommend you dispute this in writing directly to COAF. I know you'll get results this way.

I have already disputed this.  I have talked til I was blue in the face.  I have tried PFB.  I have emailed the CEO.  I just want to know if anyone has a phone number for their corporate office.
