Several years ago my mother cosigned on an Auto loan for me and shortly after we had some financial problems that resulted in a reposession. It has been 4 years since the reposession and I am trying to make some credit repairs.
My question is:
If I am successful with a pay for delete settlement letter, will the account also be removed from her CR? Is there a way I should phrase her into the letter or will we have to dispute her CR after the settlement?
