Capital One Auto Navigator Question

I applied for an Auto Navigator loan through Capital One and was pre-approved for 24,900. I have submitted my income information & it says that is has been reviewed and that I am approved, however when I view any vehicle on the site it says it is unable to calculate my monthly payment and APR. Does anyone have any insight on what I need to do to see my APR and monthly payment information when searching for a vehicle?

Re: Capital One Auto Navigator Question

It shows automatically. If you're not seeing it, it's because the car doesn't qualify for the loan so you need to modify the terms such as increasing the down payment or shortening the contract length. Just because you're pre-qualified for 25k, doesn't mean you can get any car that's 25k. They factor in depreciation and LTV.

If no cars are showing terms, there may be a glitch.

The better the car deal, the better the terms.

I got 2.49% for 72 months a few years ago.

My rate varied like 4 or 5 points depending on the new car deal I was entering.

Rebuild started in 2014  -  $100k unsecured credit in 2017  -  $500k unsecured credit in 2024.
