I personally would recommend pulling at least every quarter or so between now and then for all three. That will give you enough time to repair anything you need to repair and will allow you to track your scores for those repairs.
I've read tooo many horror stories of people pulling a month prior and then realizing they are stuck with a high rate because they didn't act sooner.
