Penfed Credit union

Hi,

Seems like Penfed is restricted to Defense employees/relatives and I am not. Please advise.

Any other Credit union with that kind of rates -4.5%?

If you join the NMFA for $20 you can join PenFed.  You need not renew your membership.  Scroll to #7 in this link - How to Join Penfed

Edited to add - my local credit union is offering 4.99% on used car loans with direct deposit and autopay.  You might be able to find something comparable locally..
