I was recently approved through CarMax. Fico low 600s and UTi around 40% (down from 90% yikes), income $49k, BK13 5 yrs ago, a few lates and no POI required which was very shocking to me. Only requirement was 1 reference. The rate is a bit better than I expected considering my credit file and denials from CarMax within the past 6 months. I did apply with $1,500 down, and have applied with higher down payments in the past with denials.
