I was instant approved online.  I have not talked to a LO yet and I have read that they sometimes lower the rate after they talk to you.  1.99 is perfectly acceptable.  Anything under 2% is splitting hairs in my opinion unless the term is longer than just a few years.

Congrats! I had a similar refinance experience last week too. Also got 1.99%apr. You can get 1.49% with direct diposit. I declined. But I did get a low interest DCU VISA with no hard pull. They will most likely offer you one !
