DCU approved

I applied for auto loan refinance with DCU. I was approved for 3.24% for 48 months or 2.74% if I bank with them. Not sure if i am going to take their offer but thought to share my approval.

Re: DCU approved

Congrats on the refinance approval. If you don't mind me asking, what is your current rate on your auto loan? I 2.74 and 3.24 are decent rates.

Also, what is the current terms of your auto loan?

Currently my loan is withe PenFed 3.89% for 60 months. I have 52 payments remaining. I bank with PenFed and they gave me the Pathfinder card at no annual fee. They also give me .50% extra cash back on my Cash rewards card. PenFed has treated me good don't feel like leaving them unless it was approved for 1.99%+ the 0.50% discount.

Very nice. I’ve financed several vehicles with PenFed and will probably be doing so again really soon. I do appreciate their straightforward approach to auto loans and being as though I don’t care for Santander which is the captive for Chrysler, I’m almost certain to go with PenFed again.

Penfed is awesome. Original loan was with Capital one for 72 months. I refinanced with Penfed when 60 payments were remaining so i kept the terms same. Gap insurance is way cheaper with credit unions also.

Pen Fed is awesome, lately it even seems their customer service is better too (seemed bit rugged at first) and very straightforward....
